Manufacturing wooden roof trusses is a complex process — but we’ve made it simple for our clients. You receive a turnkey solution tailored to your specific project. Below we’ll walk you through how working with us looks, step by step.

1. Project Discussion

The first step is a phone call or a request through our website. Our engineer contacts you to clarify all the details:

project location,
type of roofing and insulation,
technical drawings or sketches,
preferences for overhangs, windows, and service openings,
intended use of the attic space: warm/cold/storage/living attic, etc.

2. Truss Design

Once all necessary information is collected, our engineer compiles the loads and creates a wooden truss design using dedicated software. We use Pamir software, which accounts for snow and wind loads, building codes (DBN), and other regulations.

3. Manufacturing

The final design is sent to production, where our skilled workers manufacture the trusses with millimeter precision. We use metal connector plates and a hydraulic press to assemble each joint.
