The second floor of the private house is made of wooden trusses by PRAGMA.
The four-pitched roof is formed by the upper belts of the trusses, and the ceiling between the first and second floors is formed from the lower belts of the trusses.
The walls of the ground floor are made of aerated concrete block, and the trusses are supported by a monolithic belt along all load-bearing walls.
The building measures 18 by 12 metres in plan.
The size of the resulting attic space is 14 by 5 metres, and the area with a full ceiling is 8 by 5 metres.
